OnlineBiller formats the information entered in its tools. A finished PDF is not evidence that we have checked a transaction, confirmed payment or obtained approval from the organisation named on it.
Use accurate information
Never use these tools to claim a payment or transaction that did not take place, or to imitate another person's signature or approval.
Examples and original documents
Sample entries and preview images illustrate a layout. They do not document a real purchase or payment. If you need an issuer's original invoice, booking confirmation or travel document, obtain it through that issuer's own service.
Check requirements before submitting
An employer, landlord, customer, accountant or authority may require particular information or an original document. Check those requirements with the recipient. We cannot promise that a generated file will be accepted for reimbursement, tax, accounting or travel.
Guides and calculations
Articles and field explanations provide general help with using the tools. They do not assess your individual legal, financial or tax circumstances. Confirm applicable requirements with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser, and review calculations before relying on them.
Brand references and outside links
A company name or logo in a template identifies the style or fields being shown. It does not make OnlineBiller that company's agent or authorised document issuer. External websites set their own terms and control their own content.
Report a concern
Tell support@onlinebiller.in if a page contains an error, a misleading statement or material you believe should not appear. Send the page address and enough detail for us to locate the issue. Do not attach confidential records unless they are necessary to explain it.
