How to create your transportation bill

Prepare a consignment note with sender, recipient, vehicle, pickup, destination and goods details. Preview the transportation document and download a PDF.

Fields to fill in

Shipment reference
Enter consignment number, date, vehicle type and registration, pickup location and destination.
Sender and receiver
Consignor is the sender; consignee is the recipient. Fill the registered customer and GST address separately where needed.
Goods
Describe the goods, weight, package count and declared worth. Select the currency used for the shipment value.
Carrier and declaration
Replace carrier contact information, declaration and editable barcode or footer details. The generated note does not book or track transport.

Create and download in three steps

  1. Fill your chosen format. This transportation format records a shipment as a consignment note. Enter the consignment number, date, sender, recipient, vehicle, route, goods, weight, packages and declared worth. Freight charges and payment calculations are not fields in this layout.
  2. Check the preview. Check names and delivery locations carefully. This consignment template does not dispatch a vehicle, track a shipment or create a booking with a transport company.
