How to create your boarding pass template

Customize a sample boarding pass with passenger and journey details, then download a PDF. Templates are for personal projects and do not permit travel.

Fields to fill in

Passenger and booking: Enter the sample passenger name, booking reference and PNR. Air India also provides travel class and ticket number.
Flight and route: Fill flight number, departure date and time, airport names and codes, and terminal details.
Boarding details: Set boarding time, gate, group, seat and sequence number. IndiGo includes a services field.
Code and notes: Use the provided barcode or QR field and editable airport notes for your sample. The result is not a boarding pass issued for travel.

Create and download in three steps

Fill your chosen format. Choose a boarding-pass layout, then fill in the passenger, flight, departure date and time, route and booking reference. Review the seat and boarding details provided by the selected template.
