Check before you download

  • The requested advance is a proposal, not money recorded as received. The preview shows the proposed total separately.
  • If the buyer needs a changed quantity or price, revise the proforma and keep a clear reference to the agreed version.
  • Keep the final tax invoice and payment acknowledgment separate. This tool does not issue an Invoice Reference Number (IRN) or verify a payment.

Common questions

Is a proforma invoice a tax invoice?

No. This output is labelled Proforma Invoice and describes a proposed supply. Use the appropriate final document when the supply takes place.

Can I add an advance request?

Yes. Enter a requested advance in INR and explain the payment terms. The amount is shown as a request and is not treated as a payment received.

Does this work offline?
