How to create your cab bill

Create a cab receipt with passenger, driver, vehicle, pickup, drop-off and fare details. Choose a ride receipt template and download your completed PDF.

Fields to fill in

Rider and vehicle
Enter rider, driver, vehicle registration and ride or invoice reference. The compact Rapido Auto form uses a smaller set of fields.
Trip details
Fill pickup and drop-off locations, ride date and the available time, distance and duration fields.
Fare and fees
Enter the trip amount and supported taxes, discounts or convenience fees. Ola and Rapido Bike have separate invoice sections to review.
Payment and extras
Choose payment method and currency where shown. Use only the map, driver image and reference data needed for the selected layout.

Create and download in three steps

  1. Fill your chosen format. Enter the trip date, passenger and driver names, vehicle and route details. Add the distance, fare, fees and tax fields available in the chosen cab receipt layout.
  2. Check the preview. Check pickup and drop-off times alongside the route and fare. Creating a receipt here does not book a cab or retrieve trip history from a ride service.
  3. Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
