How to use Rapido Auto Bill
Make a Rapido-style auto ride receipt with ride ID, driver, vehicle, pickup, destination and price. Edit the details and download a PDF.
Fields to fill in
- Customer and ride
- Enter customer name, ride ID, date and time for the auto trip.
- Driver and vehicle
- Fill driver name, vehicle number and vehicle mode.
- Route and price
- Enter pickup and drop addresses, selected price and currency. This compact form uses the entered price rather than an itemized fare table.
- Closing note
- Replace the footer note where needed and check the route, rider and amount together in the preview.
Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Enter the customer name, ride ID, date and time, then the driver, vehicle number and pickup and drop addresses. Use the selected price and currency fields for this compact ride record.
- Check the live preview. Check that the vehicle mode describes the auto journey and that the amount matches the ride record. For the bike format with invoice pages, choose the Rapido bike template.
- Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
