How to use Uber Receipt
Prepare an Uber-style trip receipt with pickup and drop-off details, distance, driver information and an itemized fare. Download a PDF.
Fields to fill in
- Rider and driver
- Fill customer name, driver name, vehicle number/model and registration reference. Add the supported logo if needed.
- Trip
- Enter pickup and drop-off points and times, trip date, distance and its unit.
- Fare breakdown
- Enter the trip amount, convenience fee, airport charge and applicable tax from the ride record.
- Payment
- Choose payment method and currency, then compare the full fare with the paid amount before downloading.
Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Fill the trip date, customer, driver and vehicle details, then enter pickup and drop-off points and times. Add the trip amount, convenience fee, airport charge and applicable tax.
- Check the live preview. Review the distance unit, route, payment method and fare breakdown together. This is an editable receipt template; it does not retrieve a trip from an Uber account.
- Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
