This independent template tool formats the details you enter; it cannot retrieve documents from a provider. These are sample boarding pass layouts. For a valid boarding pass, check in with the airline using your booking.
How to use Air India Boarding Pass Template
Edit an Air India-style sample boarding pass with passenger, terminal, class and e-ticket details, then save the preview as a PDF.
Fields to fill in
- Traveller and ticket
- Enter passenger name, booking reference, PNR, travel class and sample ticket number.
- Flight and terminals
- Fill flight number, departure date, departure/arrival times, airport codes, display names and terminal details.
- Boarding details
- Enter boarding time, gate, sequence, seat and boarding group, then review the QR value.
- Airport information
- Edit the airport heading, welcome message, notices and website labels where needed. This sample cannot replace an airline-issued boarding pass.
Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Add departure and arrival codes, cities and terminals, then fill the e-ticket number, class, seat and zone. The airport information and welcome message are editable in this layout.
- Check the live preview. Review the airport codes against the displayed city names and check both journey times. The QR value is part of the sample design; this tool does not issue a valid boarding pass.
- Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
