How to use IndiGo Boarding Pass Template
Customize an IndiGo-style sample boarding pass with passenger, flight, seat and boarding-zone details. Preview the layout and download a PDF.
Fields to fill in
- Passenger and reference
- Enter the sample passenger name, booking reference and PNR, then choose the required Services option.
- Airports and flight
- Set flight number, departure date and time. Complete both display names and short airport/terminal codes.
- Boarding position
- Fill seat, boarding group, gate, boarding time and sequence number for the sample layout.
- Barcode
- Enter the sample barcode value and review the generated code. It does not validate a booking or authorize boarding.
Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Enter the passenger name, PNR, flight number and departure details. This layout includes separate display and short city names, boarding zone, services and a barcode value.
- Check the live preview. Check that the city labels, seat, gate and boarding time agree throughout the preview. This editable sample does not check you in or authorize travel.
- Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
