Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Enter the consignment number and date, vehicle and pickup and drop locations. Fill consignor, registered customer, consignee, goods type, weight, package count and declared worth.
- Check the live preview. Review the sender and recipient roles and check the declared goods and value. A consignment note describes a shipment; generating this template does not book transport or confirm delivery.
