How to use Bulk Recharge Bill

Make mobile recharge bills in bulk. Fill the free Excel template with customer, mobile, billing period and payment details, then upload and generate PDFs.

Fields to fill in

Provider and customer columns
Fill provider, customer, mobile number and account details in the downloaded workbook. Preserve leading digits in mobile numbers.
Period and charges
Enter billing dates, amount, previous balance and adjustments using the columns supported by this mobile-bill format.
Supported template
This workbook uses template ID 1. The separate Airtel recharge invoice is available as a single document, not a second bulk format.
Upload review
Keep the original headers, then check each imported mobile number, billing period and amount before generating the batch.

Create your batch in three steps

  1. Download the Excel template. Open the workbook in Excel or a compatible spreadsheet editor. Keep its column headers and use its example and instructions.
  2. Fill and upload the workbook. Use the provided recharge workbook and its supported template ID 1. Enter mobile numbers, customer and provider details, dates, amounts and any balance or adjustment fields used by that format. Save as .xlsx, upload it and correct any validation messages.
  3. Review and generate the PDFs. Check mobile numbers as well as bill periods and payment amounts on each row. The separate Airtel single-invoice format is not an additional bulk workbook template. Review the required confirmations, then select Generate All PDFs. A ZIP of successful PDFs downloads when generation finishes. Use Download All to download it again if needed.
