How to use Cleartrip Ticket Template
Edit a Cleartrip-style flight itinerary with route, flight times, travellers, baggage and fare details. Preview and download a sample PDF.
Fields to fill in
- Trip and route
- Enter trip ID, route title, airline, flight number, travel date/day, fare type and class.
- Airports and baggage
- Fill airport names/codes, terminals, departure/arrival times, duration and cabin/check-in baggage allowances.
- Travellers
- Add each traveller’s title, name, PNR and ticket number, with the supported sample barcode data.
- Fare and information
- Fill the editable fare rows and review the calculated total, trip tips, support contacts and booking link. Use the result as a record or sample.
Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Fill the trip ID, airline, flight number, airport codes and terminals. Add travellers, baggage allowances, fare breakup and the trip notes offered by this itinerary layout.
- Check the live preview. Check the departure and arrival airports, dates and times together. Any booking or support URLs should point to the destinations you intend; this tool does not confirm a reservation.
- Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
