How to create your lta receipt

Format a travel receipt with passenger, route, journey date, fare and payment details. Preview LTA receipt templates and download a PDF for your records.

Fields to fill in

Passenger and operator
Enter passenger name, age and gender, passenger count, travel operator and contact details.
Journey and seat
Fill boarding location and landmark, reporting date, departure time, dropping address and arrival details. Add seat, ticket and PNR references.
Fare and payment
Enter the trip fare, applicable tax, currency and payment method from the journey record.
Cancellation details
Use the cancellation-time and charge fields provided by the chosen layout. These entries describe your record; the tool does not book travel.

Create and download in three steps
