How to use Pharmacy Bill

Create a pharmacy or medicine bill with patient, chemist, date, medicine and batch details. Choose a receipt layout and download a PDF.

Fields to fill in

Chemist and patient
Enter the chemist or pharmacy, doctor and patient details provided by your chosen pharmacy layout.
Bill reference
Set the cash memo or invoice number and date. The retail format adds branch, registration and contact fields.
Medicines
List medicine, quantity, rate and expiry. Fill manufacturer/batch or item-level HSN/GST fields where the layout supports them.
Payment and sign-off
Review currency, any delivery/payment fields and pharmacist signature. A medicine receipt is not a prescription.

Create and download in three steps

  1. Fill the form. Enter the patient and chemist information, date and cash-memo reference, then medicine items and the manufacturer or batch fields supported by the layout. A second retail-invoice format is available here.
  2. Check the live preview. Check medicine names, quantities and rates against the purchase record. Review the pharmacist-signature option before export; the receipt is not a prescription.
  3. Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
