Keep the identifier attached to its device
When more than one handset is sold, each device needs an unambiguous association with its model and serial/IMEI record. An accessory without an identifier should not inherit the handset’s identifier.
Check the device and accessory total
The handset costs INR 18,000 and the case INR 400, totaling INR 18,400 before any separately reviewed tax. The sample IMEI field is a placeholder; replace it with the actual device identifier.
Get missing original invoices from the seller
A sample cannot recover a retailer’s invoice, validate ownership or establish warranty entitlement. For those tasks, use the actual seller’s records and support process.
Edit the device-sale document
Open the blank Word file and replace the shop, buyer, device and payment details. Keep each identifier beside the correct device. Check the amounts and page breaks before saving or printing; the PDF has no fillable fields.
Common questions
Does the file validate an IMEI?
No. It provides a place to record an identifier. Confirm it from the actual device and seller records.
Is this a mobile recharge bill?
No. This format is for a device purchase, not a telecom plan, usage statement or recharge payment.
