How to use Amazon Invoice

Fields to fill in

Seller and customer: Enter Sold By, seller address, GST/PAN and customer shipping details. The second layout adds seller contacts and recipient mobile.
Order and invoice: Fill order and invoice numbers and their dates. Keep the purchase reference distinct from the invoice reference.
Item table: Enter product descriptions, quantities, unit prices and tax. Use the discount column when it is available in the chosen layout.
Supply and payment: Set places of supply/delivery, tax type, currency and payment method. Review the optional logo and signature.
