How to use Myntra Tax Invoice

Choose from two Myntra-style tax invoice layouts. Add seller, customer, order, carrier, AWB and item details, then preview and download a free PDF.

Fields to fill in

Billing parties
Fill bill-to, bill-from, seller and customer details in the chosen layout. Keep the shipping recipient and dispatch address distinct.
Order and shipment
Enter invoice/order numbers and dates. One format adds carrier/AWB; the other provides a packet ID.
Products and tax
Enter descriptions, HSN, quantities, prices, discounts and tax. Complete GST, supply/delivery place and transaction/supply type.
Document options
Choose date format and currency, and review supported logo, signature, payment and company-contact fields.

Create and download in three steps

  1. Fill the form. Enter the carrier and AWB, payment mode, invoice and order dates, seller details and billing address. Customer type is editable; choose the value that matches the record.
  2. Check the live preview. Review the customer and supply fields with the item taxes. The second Myntra layout includes its own packaging and dispatch presentation; both formats belong to this invoice page.
  3. Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
