How to use Meesho Invoice

Make a Meesho-style invoice with customer, seller, order, shipping and item details. Customize the template, preview your invoice and download a free PDF.

Fields to fill in

Seller: Enter Sold By, seller address and GST number for the order being documented.
Buyer and supply: Fill customer name, shipping address and place of supply.
Order references: Enter order number/date and invoice number/date separately, then select currency.
Purchased items: Add description, HSN, unit price, quantity, discount and tax for each product; review the combined invoice amount.

Create and download in three steps

Fill the form. Enter customer and seller names and addresses, seller GSTIN, order and invoice numbers and their dates. Fill the item table and select the currency shown on the record.
Check the live preview. Check that the order and invoice references are not interchanged and that the shipping address is complete. Review line-item quantities and totals before downloading.
Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
