How to use MakeMyTrip Hotel Invoice

Create a MakeMyTrip-style hotel invoice with booking, stay, accommodation, service-fee and tax details. Preview and download a PDF.

Fields to fill in

Booking and stay
Fill booking ID, invoice/date, guest, hotel and stay-from/to dates. Set the transaction and document details.
Charges
Enter accommodation charge, service fees, any donation and currency. Review the calculated booking amount and grand total.
Issuer and supply
Enter issuer, PAN, GSTIN, CIN, address, place of supply and HSN/SAC service description.
QR fields
Where used, complete the QR tax, GSTIN, UPI or bank-reference fields. Review those details with the invoice amounts.

Create and download in three steps

  1. Fill the form. Fill the booking and invoice references, guest and hotel details, stay dates and place of supply. Enter accommodation charges, service fees, any donation amount and the supported tax fields.
