How to create your grocery & mart bill

Build a grocery or supermarket receipt with store details, purchased items, quantities and payment information. Preview mart templates and download a PDF.

Fields to fill in

Store and purchase
Enter store name, branch or address, bill number, date and time. Add customer and registration details where provided.
Shopping items
List purchased products with quantity and price. Detailed formats add HSN, GST, cess or savings information.
Payment record
Select the payment method and fill transaction or card-reference fields where offered. Use masked card details when documenting a card payment.
Delivery voucher
DMart Ready adds order and delivery dates, pickup or delivery information, MRP, savings and amount received.

Create and download in three steps

  1. Fill your chosen format. Choose a grocery receipt format for an in-store purchase, or DMart Ready for an order and delivery voucher. Enter the store, customer and items, then the tax, savings and payment fields available in that layout.
  2. Check the preview. Check item quantities and unit prices, and make sure discounts are represented once. Review long shopping lists in the preview before exporting the receipt.
  3. Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
