How to use DMart Bill

Create a DMart-style store invoice with purchased items, savings, tax and payment details. Preview the receipt and download a PDF.

Fields to fill in

Store and counter
Enter branch, address, contact and registration details, bill number/date/time, VAU reference and cashier.
Products
Add HSN, item name, quantity, unit price, GST and cess for each store purchase.
Payment reference
Enter customer, payment mode and the applicable masked card/transaction, approval or RRN fields.
Savings and layout
Fill the saved amount and review the chosen logo or receipt appearance. Keep this store bill separate from DMart Ready delivery vouchers.

Create and download in three steps

  1. Fill the form. Fill store and customer details, bill date and time, item rows and savings. The layout provides GST breakdown and cash, card or UPI payment fields, including cashier and transaction references.
  2. Check the live preview. Check item quantities, discounts and tax with the receipt total. The separate DMart Ready template is for an order-and-delivery receipt or voucher, with a different structure.
  3. Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
