How to use DMart Ready Receipt
Make a DMart Ready-style order receipt with voucher, customer, delivery, savings and amount-received details. Preview and download a PDF.
Fields to fill in
- Order and company
- Fill merchant name, registered office, CIN/VAU, order number, order date and delivery date.
- Customer and fulfilment
- Enter customer, delivery mode and self-pickup address where relevant.
- Goods and delivery
- Add HSN, tax category, items, quantities, prices and MRP. Complete delivery quantity/charges, total MRP and savings.
- Payment and notes
- Enter paid amount and payment status, then review terms, customer-service, shipment and generated-note text.
Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Fill the order, customer and delivery sections, then the goods table and voucher amounts. Use the pickup address when the order is collected.
- Check the live preview. Check order and delivery dates, delivery charges, savings and the amount received. Review the payment status and voucher references before saving.
- Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
