How to use Kia Service Invoice
Prepare a Kia-style service invoice with parts, labour, vehicle, advisor and gate-pass sections. Review the pages and download a PDF.
Fields to fill in
- Dealer and customer
- Fill dealer/contact/registration, customer and insurance details, vehicle registration/VIN, mileage and invoice/repair-order references.
- Parts and labour
- Use the separate tables for codes, descriptions, HSN/SAC, quantity, rate, tax and customer/insurer amounts.
- Discounts and advice
- Enter part and labour discounts in their own fields, including applicable coupon/AMC entries. Review advisor, observations and payment mode.
- Gate pass
- Fill gate-pass title, number, date/time and vehicle/payment notes. Review this page alongside the service invoice and signature options.
Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Fill dealer, customer, vehicle and invoice information, then parts and labour rows and their discounts. The gate-pass section has its own number, date, time and notes.
- Check the live preview. Check parts and labour subtotals before the grand total and review the gate-pass details separately. Signature controls are available for the customer, authorized signatory and accountant.
- Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
