How to use Skoda Service Invoice

Fields to fill in
- Workshop and vehicle
- Enter workshop/customer contacts, tax references, vehicle description, VIN and mileage.
- Job references
- Fill invoice/date, repair order/date, advisor and technical advice, with any follow-up date or kilometre entries.
- Labour and materials
- Enter labour/job-work rows and their SAC/time/amount fields. Complete parts, oils, consumables and accessory summaries separately.
- Invoice settlement
- Review GST summaries, discounts, rounding, cash/card amounts, balance and amount in words, plus signature and footer details.
Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Enter workshop, customer and vehicle information, invoice and job-card references, service advisor and technical advice. Fill labour and job-work rows separately from parts, oils and consumables.
