How to use BPCL Fuel Receipt
Create a Bharat Petroleum-style fuel receipt with station, invoice, nozzle, vehicle, rate and volume details. Choose a layout and download a PDF.
Fields to fill in
- Pump identity
- Enter station name/address and available dealer, nozzle, FCC or FIP references. The alternate format includes bay and contact details.
- Fuel purchase
- Fill fuel type where offered, rate, quantity and currency using the displayed units. Review the calculated total; use density where provided.
- Vehicle and time
- Enter vehicle number/type and bill date/time. The alternate format adds transaction start/end times and transaction ID.
- Receipt options
- Review payment, invoice or preset fields supported by the selected BPCL layout, plus the logo and closing text where shown.
Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Enter the station and dealer information, nozzle, density and invoice details, then the bill date and time, vehicle and fuel amounts. The second BPCL layout remains available as an alternate format.
- Check the live preview. Check the rate, quantity, displayed units and calculated total together, along with the vehicle number. Review the paper and background options before saving the receipt.
- Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
