This independent template tool formats the details you enter; it cannot retrieve documents from a provider. For an original fuel or charging receipt, ask the station or charging provider that handled your payment.
How to use HPCL Fuel Receipt
Prepare an HP-style fuel receipt with station, nozzle, invoice, vehicle, rate and quantity details. Compare the two layouts and download a PDF.
Fields to fill in
- Station and pump
- Fill station/address, phone, nozzle and supported FCC/FIP or local-ID fields. Use the applicable station tax references.
- Fuel figures
- Enter fuel type, rate and volume, then review the calculated amount. The thermal format also includes density, preset, cumulative readings and flow-rate fields.
- Customer and timing
- Enter vehicle, customer or mobile details and bill date/time as offered by the chosen layout.
- Receipt finish
- Review logo, welcome/footer text, currency and payment controls where available. Keep cumulative pump readings separate from this purchase.
Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Enter the station address, nozzle and invoice information, payment method and vehicle details. Use the available tax-reference and comment fields where they belong on your record.
- Check the live preview. Check litres, rate and total before exporting. The alternate HP thermal format stays accessible on this page; choose the layout that fits the receipt information you have.
- Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
