How to use Jio-bp Pulse Invoice

Prepare a Jio-bp Pulse-style EV charging invoice with location, energy, fees, tax and wallet-payment details. Preview and download a PDF.

Fields to fill in

Seller and bill-to
Enter station address, seller GST/PAN, invoice number/date and customer billing address, GST and PAN where needed.
Charging session
Fill station/connector, transaction reference, session date/time/duration, energy in kWh and tariff amount/unit.
Invoice amounts
Fill the SAC description, service-fee display and tax rate. Review calculated charging fees, CGST, SGST, total tax, final amount and amount in words.
Wallet record
Fill debited amount, wallet balance/ID and payment references. Review the payment date/time and editable session assumptions or footer notes.

Create and download in three steps

  1. Fill the form. Fill the billing, customer and charging-session sections. Enter energy in kWh, tariff and tax rate, review the calculated charges, then complete the wallet or payment details.
  2. Check the live preview. Check charging energy and fees against the session record and compare the debited amount with the invoice total. This is the EV charging format; it is separate from petrol-pump receipts.
  3. Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
