How to use Paytm Fuel Receipt
Create a Paytm-style fuel-payment receipt with merchant, transaction, order, nozzle and sale details. Preview and download a PDF.
Fields to fill in
- Merchant and status
- Enter station and full address and select payment status. Use the logo option where needed and review the calculated payment amount.
- Transaction references
- Fill date/time, transaction and order IDs, MID, TID and the terminal references shown on the payment record.
- Fuel details
- Enter product name, nozzle/bay, fuel rate and volume. Compare those purchase figures with the payment amount.
- Payment copy
- Select currency and payment method; review copy label and footer code before downloading.
Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Enter the petrol-pump address, payment status, transaction and order IDs, MID and TID where used. Add the product name, rate per litre, sale quantity and payment mode.
- Check the live preview. Compare the payment total with the fuel-sale details and verify the transaction date and time. A status entered into this template does not verify or process a payment.
- Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
