How to use Bulk Restaurant Bill

Generate restaurant bills in bulk for free. Fill the Excel template with restaurant, order and item details, upload it, then preview and save receipt PDFs.

Fields to fill in

Restaurant and order columns
Fill the restaurant, customer, invoice and date columns for each bill. Keep one restaurant receipt per workbook row.
Menu items
Follow the workbook’s item format for descriptions, quantities and prices. Copy its example structure when adding longer orders.
Tax and payment
Use the workbook’s supported tax and payment fields, and check food totals against any discounts or charges.
Supported layouts
Choose only the template IDs documented in this workbook. Additional brand layouts in the single-bill selector are not extra bulk options.

Create your batch in three steps

  1. Download the Excel template. Open the workbook in Excel or a compatible spreadsheet editor. Keep its column headers and use its example and instructions.
  2. Fill and upload the workbook. Use the supplied workbook structure for restaurant, customer, date, order and item fields. Its numbered template choices follow the bulk importer; the additional single-receipt brand layouts are not extra supported workbook IDs. Save as .xlsx, upload it and correct any validation messages.
  3. Review and generate the PDFs. Review food items, quantities, prices, discounts and tax for each bill. Check the preview for longer item lists and confirm that the correct restaurant and payment details appear. Review the required confirmations, then select Generate All PDFs. A ZIP of successful PDFs downloads when generation finishes. Use Download All to download it again if needed.
