How to use Swiggy Bill
Create a Swiggy-style restaurant invoice with customer, order, restaurant, food items and tax details. Preview and download a PDF.
Fields to fill in
- Customer and restaurant
- Enter customer name/GSTIN, delivery address, restaurant name/address, state, GST and FSSAI.
- Order reference
- Set invoice number/date, order ID, HSN, place of supply and service/category descriptions.
- Food and taxes
- Add item description, unit, quantity, price and discount. Review calculated net values and totals, then tax, amount in words and reverse-charge setting.
- Operator
- Complete the e-commerce operator’s name, address and registration fields, and review the supported signature controls.
Create and download in three steps
- Fill the form. Fill the customer and delivery address, restaurant details, invoice and order IDs, place of supply and item rows. The format includes operator information and signature controls.
- Check the live preview. Check item quantities, tax and the invoice total, then review the amount in words. Use the restaurant identity and registration details that belong to the purchase record.
- Save the PDF. Review the required confirmations, choose an available paper size and download. Single bill PDFs include a small HOF reference code near the bottom edge.
