Fields to fill in

Restaurant and customer: Fill the legal entity, restaurant address, GST/FSSAI, customer name, delivery address and place of supply.
Food invoice: Enter invoice/order references and dates. Add item prices, discounts and tax rates; review calculated net values, totals and amount in words.
Settlement: Complete settlement date/text, reverse-charge selection and the operator registration details from the order record.
Platform-fee page: Fill its company/contact, invoice/date, customer GST, HSN, fees and tax rate. Review the calculated tax split, both pages and the signature.
