How to create your general bill

Make an itemized bill with seller, customer, service, payment and tax details. Choose a general receipt template, review the live preview and download a PDF.

Fields to fill in

Seller and customer: Enter shop or seller details, customer contact information and the shipping address. Some layouts separate bill-to and ship-to names.
Purchase references: Use the invoice number, order reference and date. Complete seller GST, company and supply details where offered.
Goods or services: Add item descriptions, quantities and prices. Blinkit and Zepto layouts include their own MRP, discount, HSN and tax fields.
Totals and notes: Check tax and payment amounts. For Blinkit, review the delivery annexure; replace sample legal, delivery and footer notes where editable.

Create and download in three steps

Fill your chosen format. Select a layout that fits your purchase or service record, then fill in its seller, customer, invoice and item fields. Different templates provide different tax, logo and payment options.
